Handle all work orders and tenant concerns relative to owner’s developments which consist of shopping centers, residential communities, and a mobile home park.  Research various comparables for building  and interior design ideas,  architects, engineers, consultants, etc.  Assist in planning groundbreakings and special events. Initially my position was to manage the office and assist the director of corporate training at the Altoona site.  An opportunity in February, 2000 came about to manage a new corporate training site in Bedford.  The duties entailed setting up the new office and hiring staff.  Handling all customer calls and scheduling of training with the customers and trainers.  Some sales, public relations and advertising were also required and basically ensuring that the office ran smoothly and efficiently.

I had also taken an opportunity to temporarily fill in for an instructor on leave, which entailed evening classes 3 days a week.  I instructed a small class in the Office Professional course, which included typing, English, office procedures and basics in Corel WordPerfect.

Draft legal documents used in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law & Civil Law.  Abstracting at various courthouses to clear titles for loans, home purchases and refinances.
